The fair itself was great. Had tons of fun and the food was good but, trying to get out of the parking lot after three hours of fun was absolutely horrid. There were no staff directing cars on where to go for the first 10 to 15 minutes after the thunder storm hit last night. If you see its raining on an event that is outside obviously people are going to leave and run to their cars. Why not have tons of staff directing traffic out there? It does not help that the staff that did in fact come "help" had terrible attitudes. They were extremely rude. I hope you can take my honesty into account and just pray that the Altamont Fair can get their stuff together.

One price for rides, parking and attractions is fantastic and they had tigers! Loved it!
We go to the Old Songs Festival in June, never the fair. The fairgrounds have been a great home for the festival for a whole lot of years. The only fly in that ointment is the persistently challenging weather!
I am giving it 2 stars because of the rides and the cute circus they had. However, when I first came in I was welcomed by security who basically tore my bag apart. But, no one else before me or AFTER was searched liked that (I waited to see). Then when I am leaving the circus a little while in I see some people walking around with confederate flag t-shirts. Right next to the circus.... Really? BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE! I saw a man hammering the screws into A KIDDY ride. But, I didn't really care. But, there was a food stand where I stood for 20 minutes. No one was there besides me and my fiance. The girl looked at use but did not come to us. The icing on the cake is that another stand fries weren't even cooked.... But, other than that it was a fun day.
